The only private numiscover in the period between 1984 and 1996 is a 1988 item originating from the stamp and coin dealer "Philswiss" at the time. This Aland numiscover from Philswiss was part of an edition of hundreds of different numiscovers featuring countries of the world from the same dealer. Each numiscover of this edition would come with an additional descriptive card (text in German) .

Philswiss is usually imprinted vertically on the left of the cover but not always as in the Aland cover case.
