Aland in Finland

Aland has been part of independent Finland, including postal services, from the beginning, thus since 1917 up to 1983. Since 1920 Aland has an autonomy status within Finland. As of 1984 does Aland issue its own stamps.  

 

Not surprisingly are there Finnish stamps and special cancellations which feature Aland related topics in the period between 1917 and 1983.
